Terms of Service

Quotations. Prices and lead times shown or discussed are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quotation is not an order; the order is the signed contract or the confirmed proforma invoice.

Specifications. Dimensions, materials and finishes are those confirmed on the approved drawing for your order. Product images are representative. Where a specification is not written on the drawing it is not part of the order.

Lead times. Production lead times are counted from approval of the sample and the drawing, not from the date of enquiry. Lead times are confirmed in writing on the order.

Sampling. Sampling takes 15 days and carries no sampling fee. One round of revision is included. The courier cost of sending a sample is on the buyer's account.

Warranty. One year on the complete product against manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse and damage caused by the user.

Testing claims. Load and material claims apply to the models and reports named on this site. We do not claim certification we do not hold. If a project requires a specific standard, it must be agreed in writing before the order.

Governing terms. Where a signed contract exists, the contract governs. These terms apply to the website and to enquiries made through it.
