Commercial Restaurant Table and Chair Sets

Why a set rather than a table plus a chair. A table and a chair bought separately are two products that happen to be in the same room. A set is one drawing: the seat height is checked against the table height, the chair arm is checked against the top overhang, and the pull-out clearance is checked against the aisle. That checking is the whole point — it is also the part that gets skipped when a project buys from two suppliers.

What a set includes. Each set pairs a specific table model with a specific chair model in a fixed count. The count is a starting point, not a limit: a four-cover set can be quoted with six chairs, or with a larger top, without changing the price basis. Size and fabric changes carry no upcharge and no tooling fee.

Floor footprint. Each set lists an approximate footprint measured with the chairs pulled out, not pushed in. Use the pulled-out figure when you are counting how many sets fit — the pushed-in figure overstates capacity in every real dining room.

Mixing sets in one room. Most projects use two or three set types in the same space: four-covers along the wall, two-covers at the window, one larger trestle table for groups. Because the sets share chair models and finishes, they read as one scheme even when the configurations differ. Tell us the mix and the quantity of each, and we will quote it as one batch.

MOQ and lead time. MOQ is 1 set. A mixed batch of sets is quoted as one order. Production runs 15–30 days after the approved sample, confirmed in writing on the order. Sampling takes 15 days with no sampling fee.
