About Jiangpin Furniture

Our story

Jiangpin has manufactured commercial furniture in Foshan since 2006. The city has been China's centre for timber and upholstered furniture for decades, and the supply chain here is the reason we can customise dimensions and fabrics without adding cost — the mills, the foam suppliers and the finishing shops are all within an hour of the workshop.

We work directly with restaurant owners, restaurant groups, hospitality operators, interior designers, contractors and importers. Some orders are a single model for a replacement run; some are a complete dining room. Both go through the same drawing and sample process.

Main export markets: Africa 50%, North America 25%, Western Europe 15%, Eastern Europe 10%. Ports: Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Payment: T/T, L/C.

Custom furniture manufacturing

We manufacture from design renderings, CAD drawings and reference images. Custom sizes and custom upholstery are quoted at the same price as standard — no upcharge and no tooling fee for size or fabric changes. That is not a promotional line; it is how a workshop that only builds to order has to work.

Drawings come back in 1–3 days. Physical samples take 15 days and carry no sampling fee; one round of revision is included. Bulk production runs 15–30 days after the approved sample, confirmed in writing on the order.

Quality assurance

Furniture is inspected against the approved drawing: dimensions, material, finish, hardware and assembly fit. Pre-shipment inspection takes two days and third-party inspection before shipment is welcome.

Chairs are tested as a complete unit — frame, joints and legs — under 150 kg static load with the load applied to the seat and back assembly. Most suppliers quote a seat-load figure only; we test the whole chair because the joint is what fails first in a restaurant.

Materials documentation: solid ash timber tested under REACH Annex XVII restricted substances (Report No. COBO25090114, 3 September 2025). PU leather tested for REACH-SVHC heavy metals by ICP-OES to IEC 62321-5 (Report No. ZTS26070714JCC, 13 July 2026). Both reports are available on request. We hold no CE marking and no BIFMA certification, and we do not claim either.

Warranty and after-sales

One year on the complete product against manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse and damage caused by the user. Structural components remain available as spare parts beyond the warranty period — we ship the parts, the freight is on the buyer's account.

Claims are answered within two working days. For small-value defects we will ship a replacement part rather than ask for the item to be returned.

Where we sit in the market

We are not the cheapest workshop in Foshan and we are not the largest. We are a twenty-year-old factory with its own QC, that will re-dimension a chair at no extra cost and will tell you when a specification will not work. If your project needs a certified fire-retardant chair, we will say we cannot document it rather than quote it.
