Three things that speed up a quote
A floor plan, even a rough one
A sketch with dimensions is enough to check seat heights, table sizes and pull-out clearance. It saves two rounds of email.
Quantities by model, not a total
"200 chairs" cannot be quoted; "120 × C101, 80 × C302" can. If the model split is not decided, send the mix you expect and we will propose one.
The delivery country and date
Packing, port and whether DDP is possible all depend on the destination. A target date tells us whether to quote air for the sample.
Any certificate you must comply with
If your market requires a fire test or a specific standard, say so first. We will tell you what we can and cannot document before we quote.
