Home/Restaurant Tables/Square Ash Restaurant Table with Sculpted Pedestal
Square ash restaurant table with a pale wood top on a sculpted ash pedestal and a square black steel base

Full table first, then the 600 mm square set as a two-cover, the top edge in section, the base, and the mounting plate on the underside.

Square Ash Restaurant Table with Sculpted Pedestal

600 mm square top on a single ash column that necks in just under the top and swells again at the foot, where a black collar hands the load to a square steel plate. Square plates corner better than round ones: against a wall or in a bay, the plate sits into the angle and the top goes flush to the skirting, which a disc cannot do without leaving a gap you can see from the door.

About the top. The third image is the edge in section, and it is worth looking at before you specify. The top is ash veneer over a layered core with an ash edge band — not a solid plank. That is the right call for a restaurant: a layered core does not move with the seasons the way a solid top does, so a 600 mm square stays flat instead of cupping after its first winter, and the price stays where it is. If you need a solid timber top, say so and we will quote it separately, because it costs more and it behaves differently.

Applications. Two-cover tables in restaurant dining rooms, wall bays and window seats, and floor plans where the table has to sit square to the wall.

Ordering

What to send with your enquiry

Dimensions. For a custom size, give the finished length, width or diameter, the finished height and the quantity by size. For chairs, give the seat height you need — 450 mm and 460 mm are the two most common restaurant seat heights.

Material and finish. Name the timber, the finish sheen, and the fabric or leather. If you have a swatch or a reference photo, send it. Custom sizes and custom upholstery are quoted at the same price as standard, with no tooling fee.

Quantity and destination. Give the quantity per model and the delivery country. MOQ is 6 pcs per chair or table model and 1 set for sets. Production runs 15–30 days after the approved sample and is confirmed in writing on the order.

Sampling. Drawings come back in 1–3 days. Physical samples take 15 days and carry no sampling fee. One round of revision is included; the courier cost of the sample is on the buyer's account.
